Choose Your Path, Warrior
Look, we're not your typical gym with boring Tuesday-Thursday cardio. Each class here's got its own vibe, and yeah, we actually theme 'em around Norse mythology because why not make getting swole more interesting? Check the rune intensity markers - one axe means you'll survive your first day, four axes means you might question your life choices (in a good way).
6:00 AM - 7:00 AM
Start your week like the Allfather intended - heavy compound lifts, brutal strength work. Deadlifts, overhead press, the stuff that actually builds power. Not gonna lie, Monday mornings hit different when you're pulling heavy.
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
This one's our high-intensity combat conditioning. Think battle ropes, kettlebell swings, sled pushes - basically everything that makes you feel like you're actually fighting something. It's intense but honestly? Most fun you'll have getting your cardio in.
9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Recovery day but make it active. We're doing mobility work, some yoga-ish movements, foam rolling, all that stuff your body's been begging for after Monday and Tuesday. Trust me, you'll need this.
5:30 AM & 7:00 PM
Full-body functional madness. We're mixing everything - strength circuits, explosive movements, core work. It's called Berserker for a reason. Come ready to work, leave feeling like a legend. Two time slots 'cause it's that popular.
6:00 PM - 7:15 PM
End your week strong with focused strength training and skill work. We test maxes, work on form, maybe throw in some friendly competition. It's a solid way to close out the week before the weekend hits.
10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Saturday morning throwdown. This is our signature class - team-based challenges, outdoor work when weather's decent, and yeah, we keep a leaderboard. Brings out everyone's competitive side. Usually grab coffee together after.
12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
Sundays are open gym time. Come work on whatever you need - make up a missed class, practice skills, or just chill with the crew. I'm usually around if you need form checks or got questions about programming.
We're not just coaches - we've walked the path and know what actually works
Head Coach / Founder
Been doing this for 12 years now. Started out as a powerlifter, got into strongman, realized functional training's where it's at. Built this place 'cause I was sick of boring gyms. Specializes in strength programming and making sure you don't hurt yourself doing dumb stuff.
Combat Conditioning Lead
Former MMA fighter turned trainer. Teaches all the HIIT and conditioning classes 'cause she's got that competition mindset. If you want someone who'll push you hard but keeps it real about recovery and injury prevention, that's Astrid.
Mobility & Recovery Coach
The guy who fixes everyone after they go too hard. Physical therapist background, but way cooler than your average PT. Runs all our mobility sessions and honestly saved my lower back multiple times. Big on movement quality over just lifting heavy.
Not sure if it's your thing? Come try any class on us. No commitment, no pressure.
We cap classes at 12 people max. Everyone gets actual coaching, not just someone yelling from across the room. You'll know everyone's name by week two.
Whether you're just starting or been training for years, we'll adjust the workouts to match where you're at. No ego lifting here - proper progression's the goal.
Got a weird schedule? No worries. You can book classes through our app or just show up if there's space. We're pretty flexible around here.
Join us for a trial week and see what Viking-inspired training's all about. No contracts, just solid training.
